Hiring Best Practices Checklist Launched

The Working Group on Education, together with the Working Group on Mentorship, Sponsorship and Career Development, has released a checklist aimed at Hiring Best Practices.

The checklist is intended to guide financial institutions, corporate and non-profit organisations as well as governmental bodies in Luxembourg through the process of refining their hiring strategies to foster a more inclusive workforce.
