In order to really develop gender equality in the financial sector the dynamics of how gender plays out in events, communication, and talent attraction is crucial.

This working group will look into assessing and influencing events within the Luxembourg financial sector to foster inclusivity, highlighting gender finance, and amplify the roles of women in finance.
