Education
The nexus between education, training, and the empowerment of women in finance is essential for fostering gender diversity in the industry.
By addressing self-perception challenges early in education, providing training and reskilling opportunities, and promoting an inclusive educational environment, we can empower women to confidently pursue and excel in careers within the financial sector.
The collective efforts of educators, industry leaders, and policymakers can create a future where women play a central and empowered role in shaping the financial landscape.
This working group will look into how we ca address these issues in all levels of education in Luxembourg, from school to professional education.
The working group has released a new resource mapping lifelong learning opportunities aimed at advancing gender equality in the financial sector, which can be found here.
