EY Luxembourg signs Women in Finance Charter

EY Luxembourg has signed the Women in Finance Charter, the initiative supported by the Ministry of Finance and coordinated by the Luxembourg Sustainable Finance Initiative (LSFI). The firm frames gender balance as a competitiveness issue for a financial centre that employs more than 60,000 people.

As a signatory, EY Luxembourg commits to promoting women’s progression at every level, setting measurable objectives, tracking progress and reporting on it regularly. The commitment builds on measures already in place, including a Gender Network, the Women@EY community, mentoring and coaching programmes, and regular monitoring of female representation in leadership.

The Charter work at EY is led by Papa Saliou Diop, the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader, and EY Partner Vanessa Müller.
